Fraud and impersonation warning

Criminals may copy a financial brand, create a lookalike website or contact people using public information. This notice explains how to recognise suspicious contact and report it safely.

Why we publish this notice

Impersonation can confuse users, expose personal data and lead to irreversible payments. We publish the official domain and support address so that contact can be checked through a known route.

Cloned firms and websites

A clone may reuse our name, colours or logo without permission. Do not assume a polished website, search advert or messaging profile is genuine. Type aurora-finspire.co.uk directly and compare the address character by character.

Information we never request

We do not ask for a password, one-time authentication code, private key or remote-control access to your device. We do not require payment to release a withdrawal or demand an immediate transfer to a new account.

What to do

Stop communicating, do not send more money and preserve messages, phone numbers, payment records and website addresses. Contact your bank promptly if a payment has been made, then report the incident to [email protected] and Action Fraud.

Limits of control

We work to identify misuse of the brand, but an unknown clone may remain online for a period. Aurora Finspire is not responsible for transactions made with an unrelated impersonator, although we will provide available evidence to appropriate authorities.
